LAURE is an AI personal stylist application offered under the Laure & Co brand. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use LAURE, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using LAURE you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the styling features you choose to use. The categories below describe the main types of information involved.

Account Information

When you create an account, we process identifiers such as your email address and basic profile details you choose to provide, together with authentication data required to keep your account secure.

Wardrobe and Uploaded Images

When you add garments to your digital wardrobe, the images and any descriptive details you provide are stored so your wardrobe remains available to you across sessions. These images are used to power wardrobe organization and outfit recommendations.

Color Analysis Images

If you use Color Analysis, you may provide a photo of yourself. Source images used for this feature may be processed temporarily and may be automatically removed once the analysis has been produced, in line with the application's privacy architecture. The resulting palette information may be retained in your profile so the feature remains useful over time.

Virtual Try-On Images

Virtual Try-On uses images you provide together with garment images from your wardrobe to generate a visual preview. These images are processed to create the preview and are associated with your account where you choose to save the result.

AI Processing

Styling guidance, outfit suggestions, color analysis and try-on previews are generated with the support of artificial intelligence, which may include third-party AI processing providers acting on our behalf.

AI outputs are suggestions. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular occasion.

Usage and Analytics Data

We may process technical and usage information — such as device type, application version, general interaction events and error reports — to keep LAURE stable, diagnose problems and improve the product.

How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To provide wardrobe organization, styling guidance, outfit suggestions, color analysis, planning and try-on previews.
• To personalize recommendations based on the preferences and items you provide.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the application.

Legal Bases and Consent

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the performance of our agreement with you to provide the service, on your consent for optional features that involve personal images, on our legitimate interest in operating and improving LAURE, and on compliance with legal obligations.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by discontinuing the relevant feature or deleting the related content or your account.

Data Storage and Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, including access controls and encrypted transport of data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on service providers for functions such as hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI processing and, where applicable, subscription management. These providers process information on our behalf and under contractual obligations appropriate to their role.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where such transfers occur, we take steps intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain account information and content for as long as your account remains active, or for as long as needed to provide the features you use.

When you delete your account, associated account data and user-generated content are removed according to our data-deletion process, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the application, under Profile or Settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children

LAURE is not directed to children. The application is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by the applicable app store and by local law. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves or as legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of LAURE after an update means you accept the revised policy.
