Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the LAURE application and this website, offered under the Laure & Co brand. By creating an account or using LAURE you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the applicable app store and by the law of your country to use LAURE, and you must be able to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

User Responsibilities

• Use LAURE in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
• Only upload images and content you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Keep your account information up to date.

LAURE Services

LAURE provides wardrobe organization, styling guidance, outfit suggestions, color analysis, planning tools and visual previews. Features may change, be added or be discontinued as the product develops.

AI-Generated Recommendations

Recommendations, analyses and previews in LAURE are generated with the support of artificial intelligence. They are informational suggestions based on the data you provide and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

No Guarantee of Styling Outcomes

LAURE does not guarantee any particular styling result, aesthetic outcome, fit, or reaction from third parties. Styling is subjective, and final decisions are always yours.

Color analysis and related features are style tools. They are not scientific, medical or diagnostic services.

User Content and Uploaded Images

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the features you use, including generating recommendations and previews for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads do not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The LAURE application, website, brand, design and underlying software are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without permission.

Subscription Plans

LAURE may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features and allowances, described in the application at the time of purchase.

Trials

LAURE currently offers a 3-day free trial with no card required. Trial terms may change for future users; the terms shown in the application at the time you start a trial apply to you.

Payments

Where paid plans are available, prices, currencies and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by the app store or another payment provider, subject to their own terms.

Renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal details are shown at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made and applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will help where we can.

Usage Limits

Some features may be subject to fair-use limits, such as the number of AI requests, analyses or previews available within a period. Current limits are shown in the application.

Prohibited Use

• Uploading images of other people without their consent.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, hateful or explicit content.
• Using LAURE to build or train competing products.
• Automated scraping, abusive request volumes or attempts to bypass limits.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect users and the service.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time within the application. Deletion is permanent and removes associated account data and user-generated content according to our data-deletion process, except where retention is legally required.

Service Availability

We aim to keep LAURE available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or factors outside our control may affect availability.

Disclaimers

LAURE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of LAURE. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
